Choosing and ordering
How do I write my message?
Open any card and type your message in the box. Pick a handwriting style and ink colour, then tap Inside to see exactly how it will look in the card. You can also leave it blank and write it yourself.
Can you post a card straight to someone?
Yes. Choose “Straight to them”, add their name and address, and we post it to their door. You can send cards to different people and pay for them all at once.
How much is a card?
Every card is £3.99, plus £1.99 UK delivery per address, however many cards go to that address.
How big are the cards?
5 × 7 inches, printed on thick card and sent with a blank envelope.
Will I see my card before it’s printed?
Yes. The card page shows the front and your message inside before you add it to your basket. We print exactly what you see, so please check names and spelling first.
Can I change my order after I’ve paid?
Orders go to print automatically, usually within a few hours. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away at hello@cardwick.co.uk and we’ll do our best to stop it before it’s printed.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Cards are posted within 2 working days and usually arrive in 3–5 working days. See Delivery and returns for details.
How much is delivery?
£1.99 per address, however many cards go to that address.
I need it for Christmas, Diwali, Rakhi or Eid. When should I order?
Order at least a week before. Sign up for festival reminders on our homepage and we’ll email you in time.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not yet. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Returns and problems
Can I return a personalised item?
Because personalised items are made just for you, we can't accept returns if you change your mind. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, or we made a mistake, we'll replace it or refund you.
Something's wrong with my order. What do I do?
Email us at hello@cardwick.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.
